What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

FREE SHIPPING on orders $50 and above.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We only accept PayPal as the payment method for now. 

How long will delivery take?

Normally the transit time is about 10-15 business days, and we provide detailed tracking information for timely control of cargo transportation information.

But large holidays (such as Christmas and Chinese New Year) and unexpected situations (like COVID-19) will cause delivery delays

What exactly happens after ordering?
  1. After receiving your order, an email with detailed order information will be sent to you immediately.
  2. We will prepare the goods within 1-3 working days and send them out.
  3. Meanwhile, a tracking number of the order will be sent to you by mail. The tracking information will continue until you receive the goods.
